SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We use USPS and DHL Express for deliveries.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at dan.thorn23@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
